I am a plain English editor, consultant and trainer with a passion for clear communication.  I have over 20 years of experience in both state and local government and have seen the problems caused by bureaucratic jargon. 

I am keenly interested in adult literacy and believe everyone should have access to information in a format and language they can understand.
